Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Google Docs Tab Collapser Chrome extension and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Google Docs Tab Collapser extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Google Docs Tab Collapser is a Chrome extension that adds native collapse and expand functionality to the Google Docs sidebar. The extension is available in a free version with core functionality and a paid Pro version with additional features.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional and only required for Pro features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and pricing displayed at checkout.

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to active subscribers.

5. Free vs Pro Features

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from both the Free and Pro tiers at any time.

• Free: Collapse/expand all tabs with a single click.
• Pro: Persistent layout, instant cleanup, bulk delete, and future features as they are released.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the extension beyond what is permitted
• Attempt to access Pro features without a valid subscription
• Use the Service to interfere with Google Docs or other services

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the extension for your personal use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
